Masala Rice

A Very Simple And Easier Way To Prepare This Recipe Just Have Some Papad or Pickle Of Your Choice Along With It

Ingredients
Cooked Rice 2 Cups
Onion Chopped 4
Garlic Chopped 7
Red Chilli Powder 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric Half teaspoon
Salt As Per One Require I have Taken Half teaspoon
Lemon slice
Coriander chopped 1spn
Olive oil 3tblspn
Mustard seeds 1/4th teaspoon
Hing a pinch

METHOD

Heat The Kadai  Put Olive Oil in it once it's hot put Mustard Seeds Hing Let It Splutter Then put Garlic Till it turns  Brownish Stir It Then after Onion Now Wait for 5 min Stir In between Now Red Chilli Powder ,Turmeric, Salt in a minute After put boiled Rice And Mix It well Now Switch Off the Gas And Sprinkle Coriander With Lemon Juice In It
