Recipe of palak paneer
Palak paneer richness in its own way
Here's the recipe for 4 people
Ingredients
Palak 2 jodis (boiled in water for 3 min with pinch of soda and drain of the water
Paneer 500gm( cut cube size and sprinkle araroot powder in it then deep fry )
Onion 3 (grated)
Tomatoes 2 (grated)
Ginger garlic paste 2 spoon
Haldi 1/4th spoon
Red chilli powder 1/2 spoon
Garam masala powder1/2 spoon
Garlic 2 to 3 clove
Onion 1 sliced
Salt
Oil 2 to 3 spoon
Oil for deep frying
Butter 1 tablespoon
Hind large pinch
Method
Grind palak with garlic cloves and sliced onion till it becomes thick puree.
In a kadhai heat oil put hing as the colour changes put onion paste in 2 minutes put ginger garlic paste stir the pastes until it's golden brown now add grated Tomatoes stir for a while as the oil becomes apart from it add Haldi ,red chilli powder, garam masala powder in it keep stirring for some minutes then add up palak puree
Some drained palak water but make sure it has to be thick put salt bring one boil and fried paneer within a minute switch off the heat
Done while serving top this with butter and place two paneer fry on it
Tip .. u can seperately take butter heat it add garlic chopped in it fry till crispy brown and spread this on top of done palak paneer bowl this will enhance the look as well as gives dhaba like taste..
